Growth Marketing Intern

KOncierge is looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to support content creation, digital campaigns, KOL/influencer marketing, and performance tracking for international travelers visiting Korea. This is a part-time internship for someone who wants hands-on experience in startup marketing, creator marketing, and performance-driven growth. The role will mainly support initiatives targeting travelers from the United States, Singapore, and Malaysia.

About This Role

As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will support KOncierge’s growth by helping create content, assisting with online campaigns, supporting KOL/influencer collaborations, and tracking whether marketing activities lead to sign-ups, inquiries, bookings, and sales.

This role is designed as a support and learning position. You will not be expected to fully own marketing strategy, but you will be involved in real campaigns and learn how content, creators, channels, and performance data connect to business growth.

Responsibilities

Content & Social Media Support

  • Support short-form content planning and production for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels
  • Assist with creating content for travel experiences, local guides, campaigns, and user stories
  • Write or edit captions, simple ad copy, campaign messages, and social media text for international audiences
  • Research travel trends, local experiences, and content formats that resonate with foreign travelers visiting Korea
  • Help organize the content calendar and publishing schedule

Digital Campaign Support

  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant online channels
  • Support campaign setup, creative testing, audience research, and performance monitoring
  • Help prepare promotional materials for campaigns, events, tours, and seasonal travel needs
  • Organize campaign assets, copy, links, screenshots, and performance results
  • Support simple competitor, channel, and market research for campaign planning

KOL & Influencer Campaign Support

  • Research potential KOLs, influencers, creators, student communities, and travel-related accounts targeting international travelers
  • Support outreach preparation, creator list-building, briefing materials, and communication tracking
  • Help prepare campaign briefs, content guidelines, posting schedules, and deliverable checklists
  • Track influencer campaign results such as reach, engagement, clicks, sign-ups, inquiries, and bookings where possible
  • Help organize learnings on which creator types, content formats, and audiences perform well

Growth & KPI Tracking Support

  • Track basic marketing KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, leads, sign-ups, inquiries, bookings, and conversion rates
  • Support weekly performance reporting using spreadsheets, dashboards, or Notion
  • Help compare content, campaign, and KOL performance to identify what is working
  • Assist with simple A/B testing of creatives, messages, audiences, and landing pages
  • Suggest small improvements based on campaign results and user response

Requirements

Required

  • Interest in travel, local experiences, tourism, startups, creator marketing, or consumer marketing
  • Strong sense of social media trends, especially Instagram and TikTok
  • Comfortable creating content, writing short copy, and trying new ideas
  • Curious about how marketing connects to sign-ups, inquiries, bookings, and sales
  • Interest in KOL/influencer marketing and online community-driven growth
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets or simple dashboards to organize information
  • Fluent or highly proficient in English

Preferred

  • Experience living, studying, working, or traveling extensively in one or more of KOncierge’s priority markets: the United States, Singapore, or Malaysia
  • Understanding of traveler behavior from the US, Singapore, or Malaysia
  • Familiarity with social media, creator/KOL trends, and online communities in the US or Southeast Asia
  • Experience creating content or supporting campaigns for international, multicultural, or travel-related audiences
  • Experience with content creation, social media management, paid ads, influencer marketing, community marketing, or campus/community promotion
  • Experience researching creators, influencers, student ambassadors, or online communities
  • Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Notion, or spreadsheets
  • Korean or Japanese language skills are a plus
  • Experience or market familiarity with Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, or the Philippines is also a plus

Position Details

  • Position: Growth Marketing Intern
  • Type: Part-time internship
  • Duration: 3 months
  • Start Date: Late July to mid-August 2026
  • Commitment: 2–3 working days per week
  • Location: Seoul / Hybrid possible
  • Compensation: Paid internship, to be discussed based on experience and working hours

For international students holding a D-2 or similar student visa, employment is conditional upon valid part-time work permission from the university and Korean immigration. Working hours and start date may be adjusted according to the candidate’s approved work limit.
